HBO Archives is currently planning special events for next year to commemorate this historic occasion. Watch The March of Time Showreel »   RECENTLY CATALOGED THE MARCH OF TIME FOOTAGE HBO Archives continues to expand The March of Time collection with the corporate film "The New California, 1948," select episodes from the 1952 television series "We the People," and never-before-seen outtakes from a 1953 TV special on Las Vegas.   NEW MARCH OF TIME CONTENT IN HD New transfers of The March of Time 35mm films to High Definition Video include newsreels "Mr. and Mrs. America,," "MacArthur's Japan," and "Our America at War," as well as the 1942 feature film "We Are The Marines." Additional programs are being transferred to HD and are available for licensing.   PRODUCTIONS CONTAINING FOOTAGE FROM THE MARCH OF TIME Recent productions using footage from The March of Time include B-Train Films documentary "On the Shoulders of Giants," Robert Stone Productions' PBS documentary "Tree Army: The Civilian Conservation Corps," The National World War II Museum's exhibit "Stage Door Canteens," and Cineteve France's documentary "Les memoires d'un be be (Baby's Memories)."   HBO ARCHIVES COLLECTIONS Our award-winning library contains a wide array of iconic motion images including: Sports: champions, challengers, and competitions worldwide Archival: historic newsreel footage Entertainment News: exclusive interviews, red carpet and behind-the-scenes Contemporary: establishing, lifestyle, concept shots and more Royalty Free Wildlife: an extraordinary look at life & death in the wild Check Out HBO Archives' Collections »
